Which Dish Receiver

I have the hopper at home but for the motorhome with their help purchased the vip211k @ campingworld for $99.00 Then had it added to my dish account for $7.00/month and you can have it turned on and off as needed.
here are the features of the vip211k I like the best.
hd compatible, over the air tuner, can be turned into a dvr but adding a usb hard drive.

It only has one dish tuner but the over the air tuner is the 2nd tuner and you can actually record on both at the same time... or you can watch on one and record on the other

I have a vip211 and tailgater for the rv, but am looking for something here for home use. However, I didn't know that the 211 allows recording. I checked the menu options, but see nothing that indicates how to set it up. Suppose I could read the manual, but wading through a manual these days is almost as bad as calling the company, so thought I would ask you!
