Why are GPS units so much trouble.
I bought a Garmin Nuvi 5 or so years ago that worked most of the time,but occasionally went beserk.On our Christmas trip to South Carolina,it routed us one way going south and another way going north....

What makes you think that a paper map is any more accurate or reliable?
I personally haven't used paper maps in more than 15 years.
Those of you that feel that paper maps are somehow better than GPS are fooling yourselves.
