wifi from outside the rv to inside the rv...I need help??

I am confused about your setup. You first say you are using a hardwired DSL line and then you say you need a better wifi signal. Can you clarify that part of your setup?
You also need to know that when you see a message that shows your network rate, that the rate that the router is capable of providing. However, if you are connected to a 1MB connection that's all the router can pass. It sounds like you are connected to very slow DSL and no router can fix that.
