I would suggest a wireless cellular capable router that will
(1) accept both a USB signal input (in case you ever want to tether your phone or a hotspot) and (2) be able to do WiFi as WAN if you want to use and rebroadcast the campground WiFi.
You would have to be in a campground that had REALLY good WiFi in order for the WiFi as WAN to be very effective.
WiFi Ranger's Go2 would be a good choice if all your devices are pretty close. A step up would be the Pepwave SoHo router. It will broadcast the WiFi further distances.
Either one would also provide the LAN you desire for non internet devices.
