Will a Winegard Carryout Dome (GM-1518) survive roof

Thinking of mounting the Carryout Dome (GM-1518) in place of old AS-2003. Using this mount mount with no legs done previously, I'll just leave it up there when no trees and stick it out on a 50' when...

There is no roof mounting hardware available for the Carryout.
