Win 7 CPU Usage

Currently using Win 7 and noticed my fan running more than usual and started to use the discharge as a hand warmer. After cleaning out the fan intake ( 2 years of dust ),the fan ran less but still on...

In Task Manager under Services Tab --- There are 187 items listed
88 Running and 99 Stopped.
FontCache3..... 7136 FontCache is Starting. The rest
IconMan_R 6332 are Running. Bob
WMPNetwor 6316
