Winegard Pathway X2 Now Available!

I've been waiting on this model to get released for quite a while. It's available now. It automatically selects between East Coast and West Coast feeds for the strongest signal.

Pathway

Once I receive mine, I'll let you know how it works out.

  • The Pathway X2 also has a substantially larger antenna (full 18" round) and should provide a stronger signal. The Pathway also allows you to connect 2 211K (or Z) receivers, point to 72.7 and have full function on both receivers (but no Networks).
  • I have also been looking forward to this release! We travel north and south, east and west, so we need a Dish TV antenna with Eastern and Western Arc capabilities.
  • Thanks Dutch, but I thought any dish had problems with trees and other structures. We mainly travel in the west and use Western Arc programming (orbital locations 110, 119, 129) so the Eastern Arc is not an issue for us.

I have been looking at the Tailgater for Dish, and it costs less and weighs less. Any advantages to the Winegard over the Tailgater?

The Tailgater is not capable of receiving the Dish eastern arc birds, limiting your options when trees or other structures are an aiming issue.
