While a surveyors tripod is very stable, I don't think will handle that much mass.
At 80 pounds I can't imagine stowing it and setting it up.
I use a surveyors tripod and a SWM SL 3 and can aim it with my iphone and Dishpointer AR in a few minutes. Cost about $100 bucks.
