I appreciate the info so far guys, but I am definitely looking for a plug and play option that the wife and/or teenage kids could set up on their own. I oftentimes don't join them until the second or 3rd night of our stay due to work commitments. I've already spent the $400 on an AIM meter to be able to peak and dither a SWM dish manually, but there's no way they are going to be able to go through that process without me. Since my original post, I have done some more searching and come across this rolling portable saw stand that should be easily adaptable for permanent mounting of the Trav'ler... Rolling Saw Stand. It looks a lot more stable than my ladder idea and I think if I set up the cabling needs correctly with the same permanence, all they would have to do is roll it out of the back of the truck and plug it in. That silly Carryout spoiled us for all these years and I'm willing to spend the money to have that same convenience with an HD signal. I'm just hoping someone here on the forums has a great "been there, done that" idea to share. Otherwise, I guess I'll have to be the guinea pig and share my success or failure with others.
