I'm confused! Went to the local Rv Dealer to get a Wingman. He informed me that it wouldn't work on my Winegard Sensor because it might not be Digital? Why wouldn't it be Digital?/If the wings are Alu...

Ditto on the baloney about digital. I'm an RF technician. Modulation means nothing as far as antennas go.
I added the wingman to mine and there was indeed an improvement. However it is more sensitive to direction. I have since ditched the whole top part of the antenna and installed a Jack replacement head. It was specifically designed to work better in the UHF range and is not as sensitive to direction. It is a simple plug and play change and probably does not cost much more than the Wingman upgrade. I don't recall the cost but it was a good upgrade.
