I've had both, and while I preferred the image quality of the wired (the wireless has a slower frame rate than the wired) I had more problems with the wired camera. The connector between the trailer & tug constantly gave me noise problems. I currently have a Rear View Safety wireless system that has never lost signal (one point - my trailer is only 21' long).
