Check out Cannon printers carefully. Our older MX922 spends extended time thinking rather than doing. Also it's been reported that Cannon uses color inks to produce an enhanced black color. Not what I want and explains the color usage when we use only gray scale.
Our smaller Epson XP-310 is in the rig and does a good job.
Both of these printers are wireless and copy and scan. Scanning includes sending the pic or pdf to a PC.
I buy ALL of my ink from 499inks - that's right is $4.99 for any cartridge. So does the rest of the family. Why pay more?
