Both Verizon and ATT e-mail use Yahoo. I use ATT and once I click that it is spam I never see it again. One thing I think helps a lot. I have personal e-mail account and I have a junk e-mail account. When I order on the internet or sign in to forums they get my junk e-mail address so when they sell my e-mail address it really doesn't cause any problems. Just go through and erase the junk. I only read e-mails from companies I recently ordered from for confirmations and shipping. Everything else gets dumped without reading.
