Nine years as a month to month Dish customer and I have never spoken to them by phone. All transactions have been pleasantly handled online from the initial receiver activations to some minor trouble shooting to frequent (sometime daily) service address changes. Between the Dish chat system, our MyDish account, and the very helpful members of "DIRT", the Dish Internet Response Team, on the Dish Support and other Dish related forums, there's never been a need for a phone call.
