Zvox Audio Soundbase?

Thanks for the positive replies on the Zvox Sound Base, also noticed a lot of good reviews. I just ordered it for our new TV.

Fantastic product and a great company to do business with. I have a couple of them and love them.

We have one and like it a lot, however, they do not work will all TV's. I thought I upgraded the TV in our camper but later found out from the Company that the Zvox doesn't work with the LG tv. It doesn't have the correct input/output jacks.

I like mine a lot. It does not completely solve the dialog problem and I still watch with remote in hand, riding the volume/mute button, but it does help. The sound is much better overall, richer, better spacial soundfield without being gimmicky and distracting, and the dialog is noticeable more understandable. The install was easy and it does not take up much space, though it IS deeper than I expected and the front of mine overhangs the shelf with the feet right on the edge, which my wife does not like but puts up with. When you read the measurements you need to realize that you will need room for the connections on the back and that adds about three inches to the depth. Worth the money, imo.

It's okay..does have good midrange and clarity. But I still have to rely on captions for digital voice and mumbling actors. Sometimes even the captions can't understand it.
