I don't know if you want a toy hauler or not, but.....
Babies come with all sorts of gadgets, gear and paraphernalia. A toy hauler would allow you to haul your "toy", then set the baby up in the garage (make sure there are no fumes, etc.) and have all the baby stuff in that one area. Lots of room, and storage.
Baby WILL grow up and there may be another one down the road and this room with grow with the family, allowing more kids and still lots of storage room.
TH's are a little pricey, but look for one that you like that is a couple or 3 years old. That way, someone else is taking the hit with the new and working out the problems and you save the $$.
If you don't like it, it's not like you will have to bite the bullet and lose several thousand $$ when you re-sale.
