If it were us we would take our time and make sure we are purchasing the perfect trailer for our wants and needs. You Live in Michigan, so there is no rush, as I'm sure you wont be able to use it for at least another month or two. Play house in each one and make sure it "fits the family". Take lots of pictures of each and give yourself a week or so to decide.
Also, is your tow vehicle capable of towing these trailers, don't listen to the dealer on this. Run the trailer and tongue weights to make sure you are well within the limits with the family and all your gear on board.
