The Problem with so many abbreviations is they vary based on who is speaking
EMS: Emergency Medical Service

Three different meanings
AC (Alternating current) some folks use A/C to mean air conditioning some use AC.
There is a long list of multiple meaning TLAs' and though I won't post them here I often have some serious fun with GOP
