Just many hours of reading and ownership of modern diesels for the last 20+ years.
I don't feel the need to list every publication I've read - if you don't believe it then that's up to you.
However, I have read enough to know I would not risk it. I also would not put any oil in the fuel. The simply isn't room for it in the in the HPFP because of the tight tolerances - which are a few millionths. According to a shop that works on them, it will cause wear and ANY gasoline is instant death.
Diesels of many years ago could take it but modern high pressure system are very different.
Also Darbsen is absolutely correct in his comment.
