Rather than get advice here I would check one of the diesel forums or call the manufacturer direct.
It is not like you dumped alot of gas in like a friend did in his boat. The fuel dock passed him the wrong nozzle. He filled up. Started up, got out in the middle of the harbour & the very gas rich hit the injectors. The engine ran away. He had the presence of mind to turn the fuel supply valve off. This was an old GM diesel.
Depending on the situation I'd be inclined to run it after adding something for lubricity & keep topping off with diesel. As pointed out, not much gas was added.
