Anderson Levelers

Getting ready to purchase my first TT, a Mesa Ridge 310bhs. We are looking at the Anderson levelers for ease of use. I understand they are a little more expensive, but I'm tired of using step chocks and plastic squares that break and you can never get quite right. I've done a search and found a little info on them, Has anyone had them for a couple of years? How are they holding up? They will mainly be used on concrete pads.
  • I LOVE my Andersen levelers! When used in conjunction with the giant bubble level - leveling for one person is a snap! And this pic shows them being used on my concrete driveway.

  • I just bought a set/ My 5th wheel is now sitting on a pair on a cement pad and working fine. The only problem I have is that my tires are close enough together that it is difficult to get a lever between them.
  • Anyone consider using the Andersen Rapid Jack 3620 with the Tuff Chock 3605 for a leveler that is wider and will go 3" higher than the Camper Leveler 3604?
  • Been using them almost monthly for over a year. They are fantastic and make it SO much easier. Hold up well. Also, gteat customer service, they replaced one of my chocks that I rolled over and broke, my error.
  • I got mine from lafayette truck company in Lafayette Pa. cheapest place I know of. even cheaper than amazon. $190 for the whole set. amazon and every one else wants over $200 for them. maybe I should clarify that I have the whole set of them, pads levelers, etc. I looked for the company I got mine from and could not find them on the web. it's Lafayette trailer in Lafayette Pa.
  • I have them and they work great.I have used them on gravel, grass and asphalt.they are holding up good and I am happy with them.

I have them and they work. I have also read on the forums of a small few people snapping them but then Andersen has been good about replacing them for free.

I've used them on asphalt but not cement.
  • I said mainly, so not all the time. Plus the unit we are looking at has 3 slides on one side, so even on a level pad one side will more likely always be lower. The rubber pad is a great idea though.
    Thanks

My question would be why would you need Andersen Levelers ... would a concrete pad not be poured fairly level in the first place? :h That said, presuming you do go ahead with using Andersen Levelers you'd probably want to first place them on some sort of rubber pads such as outdoor rubber stair treads to prevent slippage on a slick surface such as concrete.
