Antenna won't rotate
Does anyone know how rotator works? Mine used to rotate. But doesn't anymore. I removed set screw and spring and can't see how this plastic piece connects to allow it to rotate.

- I just installed a Jack 6 months ago. It works very well.
- I wonder about replacing the batwing antenna with a fixed-head Jack. Anyone know if it has as good reception as the old antenna that raises/lowers?

I had the same problem; in fact I broke the handle trying to move the antenna. A little spray of silicone from the top as indicated in the instruction sheet and it turned so smooth it was hard to believe. You need to spray!- See section in this document on lubrication.

- Pull down on the outer ring and turn. Check for obstructions on the roof too.
