- goreds2ExplorerCan't wait to get the boards out soon. With the bad weather, not a good idea to play in the mudd. :( Saw these on CraigsList.
- goreds2ExplorerIt's amazing the different ones you see created.

This may be a little off-topic for this thread but a game my family likes to play when we go camping is what we call "swoosh"(lol). basically its PCP pipe glue'd together and it has three rungs and a nice wide base so it doesnt flip over. Each rung is worth a different amount of points. the bottom rung is worth 1 the middle is 2 and the top is 3. We get some shoe lace and string two golf balls on it. then Melt the ends so the golf balls dont fall off. Then we throw the balls at the rungs from about 15-20 feet away. When you throw them it makes a little "swooshing" noise(hence the name of the game). The first one to 21 points wins. But if you go over 21 or bust as we like to call it you g0 back down to 15. Its a reallly fun and cheap way to spend an evening with the family. A little off topic but such a fun game I thought id share it
Most places it is called Ladder Golf. Your homemade set is probably less expensive but you can see commercial sets here :Ladder Golf at Amazon
Not quite as noisy as cornhole until the adult beverages and flood lights come out. Enjoy your camping.
That's the game we usually bring along; Target sells a nice collapsible (telescoping) model under the name "Ladder Ball". Yes, they're very easy to make yourself but Target had the one we bought on sale for about 25.00 so making my own didn't seem worth it. - Ron3rdExplorer III

I was just wondering if anyone brings this type of game to a campsite with them. I plan on just bringing one of the two boards with me next week.
