Black spots on EPDM roof ?
Hello, is this mold, or the roof simply wearing out ? the camper is a 2003. Also, am I using the decor lap sealant correctly ?

I use a super soft brush and usually use Dawn. It does a great job and is very forgiving and it doesn't leave a bunch of nasty streaking as the rinse goes over the skin of the camper.
