@RoyB: Right on! I have a 30AMP, 20AMP and two 15AMP switches on my Power Distribution Panel. It sounds like those 15AMP switches might be zones like you talked about... but I flipped both off and on again. I did notice that one of them seemed not to flip all the way off though. I assumed it was a disabled switch or something like that. Maybe this is the issue right here.
When I can I'll take photos of my PDP and go searching for another breaker box, but now that RoyB talks about the PDP switches, I think I already found it.
