box truck conversion
I am converting a 1999 Ford e350 7.3 box truck into my house, and have very little idea of what I'm doing. I joined rv.net today to see what advice is available to me. thanks!

For what it might cost to buy a couple of windows, a working refrigerator, water tank, water pump, and some other things, you might as well start looking for a small used (or more likely used up) trailer, and see what it will cost to buy one. One that has a bad roof, or something might have all the supplies that you need, for a extremely low cost, say $400 or take it away, it is a eyesore.
Or forget all about transforming the U-haul into a class C, and buy a travel trailer to pull behind the van.
