Sounds more like not enough trailer brake. Right wrong or indifferent, I adjust my brakes so that I feel the trailer dragging slightly on the TV when coming to a stop, but several increments below locking the trailer up.
The dealer showed me to adjust them to lock up at parking lot speeds by activating the controller only, then adjust back one increment. Problem with that is wet or otherwise poor roads would cause the trailer brakes to lock up.
I am interested in how folks here adjust their brakes.
