Braking

Good evening everyone,

For some reason when I break it feels like my trailer break locks in place. Just a wierd jerking feeling we get in the truck. Only happens when im towing. I do have a aftermarket trailer brake system from the RV store.
Any help would be great.

    I only have that issue at slow speeds. It seems that the amount I need dialed in for the highway is too much for surface streets. Seems I'm always fiddling with it.
