Can you give us the name of the dealer? Maybe another member has experience with them.

It seems like the dealer is very eager to sell you the unit, especially with a pricing mistake in the customers favor.
And, maybe I'm just too skeptical.
Consider hiring a RV Tech to do an inspection BEFORE you sign the papers.
