Buying property and renting an rv?

Hey all, new to the forumn not so much to Rving. This might be in the wrong section if so i'm sorry i couldn't really find an appropriate section for this. I was pondering the possibility of starting small with a small piece of property somewhere and putting a renovated camper on it and renting it out. Eventually the goal would be to have a handful of properties and campers. How would one even start? obviously I would need electric and water and was looking into larger above ground septic tanks. Besides the initial property costs whar kind of costs would be associated with this? and what all would I really need to get this started.
