Title transfer in NC has to be notarized. Conveniently, most banks have a notary on hand so you can complete the transaction at the bank as well as notary for title. You will need a temp tag and when you register it in FL you will pay taxes there. You probably want any standard bill of sale.
It's super simple. I've sold 1 RV, a boat, and 2 vehicles since moving to NC. Go to my local PNC and done in 10 minutes.
Have your insurance lined up before the transaction, get a temp tag from your FL DMV, Do the money transfer and notary at the bank in NC and register and pay taxes in FL when you get home.
