- Gonzo42ExplorerHaving stayed at a few CG's with cable, would it serve anyone if I posted the available channels for those places? Would anyone care?
- jfkmkExplorerI agree with Roy regarding Amazon Prime. We use it all the time! And since we have our Discover points associated with Amazon, we usually get little things for "free".
The only down side of Amazon is sometimes an item will only be sold as an "add on" to a larger purchase. If you want you purchase these items by themselves, Prime doesn't apply and you wind up paying shipping. - RoyBExplorer II

Thanks for posting I forget about the adapters, our Radio Shack folded so I just ordered the push in connector on line about $5 including $2 for shipping
AMAZON PRIME has replaced my RADIO SHACK trips... They have anything and all 99% of the time...
The 2-day deliver is great for me as we live out off the main road. Item shows up on my back door and I didn't have to use any gasoline to go look for one...
Thursday I ordered two DELL AC511 MONITOR SPEAKER BARS from AMAZON and they showed up Friday morning haha... Next thing i will start hearing ois one of their drones I guess hehe...
Since Radio Shack is only available in a few places around these parts I fall back on WALMART now but they don't usually have the right electronic thing I really want... AMAZON PRIME works great for me...

Yes, get your own cable. 25ft. has been plenty for me. I purchased the ends you can just push onto the post connection and trailer connection because it makes it so much easier than trying to screw it on in the limited space there always seems to be. Radio Shack has them and I am sure other places do too. Attach them to your cable and leave them on it.

Had to pay a deposit one time, which is understandable, but t was refunded. But better to carry one, it is cheap, and doesn't take much room or weight.

Some have a coil at the poll, but not many, we carry 50 ft.
Never have I seen the cable provided in hundreds of campgrounds used - jplante4Explorer IIAlso carry a can of electrical contact cleaner. Being out in the elements and being subject to ham-fisted RVers, the park cable taps take a lot of abuse. If the signal is fuzzy, spray the pedestal connection with contact cleaner and clean with a wire brush the threads.
- Alabama_JimExploreret a coil of cable. Most private campgrounds have a camp store that carry a few parts, including cable, but they charge more for everything. Go to Wally World.
