Are the sites all gravel or all grass? Using the power pedestals as dividers isn't exactly an all defining indicator. Does the park escort people to their sites and then offer to help them situate the RV on the site? By nature, people are going to park to maximize their front yards and the heck with the consequences. If all they do is assign a site and then let the guests loose and there are not well defined parking pads within the sites, you really need to be complaining to park management and not to the general public.
