Ignore the trailer dry weight, at best it is meaningless and probably is nowhere near accurate.
At 5,700# gross the tongue weight (TW) should be an absolute minimum of 570# and will tow better if between 684# and 855#.
Minimum TW of total weight 10%
Suggested TW of total weight 12% - 15%
