Can we tow safetly with Sequoia?

I'm not sure what the payload capacity of our specific vehicle is but when I did a search online, it said somewhere between 1300-1400. We usually travel very light so the only thing we would have inside the vehicle would be passengers and a dog. I'm thinking total weight would be around 500 pounds max. The Sequoia is a V8.

Based on the dry trailer and hitch weight you could hit tongue weights of 690 lbs. What is the payload capacity of the Sequoia? How many passesngers and how much gear is expected in the vehicle?
