After researching more, sounds like allot of people have problems with the level indicator sensors gunking up and not reading. Even though my toilet sits over my black water tank and I can simply look down and see the level, is there a good way to prevent the probe's from failing? Should I get a garden hose wand with 90 degree elbow on the nozzle? Or finally install the Camco Quickie Flush I bought a few years ago? I don't think I can drill a hole in a position where it will rinse the probe's though..
Thanks again!

The GEO Method seems to be the most popular. I do this once or twice a year. It works for me.
