It was more, "if the holding tank fails, your the one who will be cleaning and fixing it Mike" sort of mentality. And finding a public toilet isn't that hard these days.

Id have to disagree with that as well, as my 40 gallon black tank has plenty of room for a few gallons of, what ever is best at breaking down the solids and suppressing the odor.
