Casinojunkie left an very important piece of information.
Did he sign up for a slip with water or no?
If yes, then the campground owed him water. They should provide same, either by having a dedicated tap or supplying a Wye.
As it happens, we carry a wye as part of the coaches kit. This is because our chapter that is full of smaller coaches often negotiates better prices by using a single slip for a pair of coaches. While the chapter does have Wyes, this way I don't have to chase one down.
