Contacting owner of lost wallet. What is best way.

(edit part)...What is the best thing to put in your wallet so someone that finds your wallet can contact you? Your phone number OK? Your e-mail address OK? I don't think your personal address is O...

Most people have their driver's license in their wallet.
When my daughter's wallet was stolen, and all the money taken out, the thief tossed it, the person who found it put it in the post (US Mail) and the letter carrier delivered it.

Mine carries many ways to ID me. including some that are easily traced by the Federal Government NOT my Social Security Card however. (My sign in ID here is in my wallet)
