couch verses recliner
We took out our couch and replace it with a recliner and a storage cabinet. If we want to sell our RV in the future should be put the couch back in or leave the recliner in it.

- Couple of 5vers we have had.....took the couch out and put in 2 recliners. Never had any problems with trade-ins. Sure did not want to store a couch for years.

Resale value answer is yes, especially if it is a hide a bed type.
We have placed recliners where the couch goes in every single coach we have had, and always kept the old couch to put back in when we go to sell. - We did the same years ago, replaced couch with two recliners. When we sold the rig we left the recliners in place and just put the couch inside.
