DC area- ready to rent first travel trailer. Advice?

Thanks for the advice everyone! If/when we get our own trailer, we'll be sure to check out the recommended areas. Are there any "get away from it all" places in western virginia or even west virginia? I don't know much about RV trailers yet, but I figure we could dry camp for a weekend and I have a Honda EU2000 generator to keep the lights on.
