12 Hours a day? 5 days a week? If so, why do you work SO much. Are you paid by the hour? Was that the agreement when you took the job? Do you just like working alot?

I do my 8 hours, I'm a Web App Developer and I feel like the tons of education I have entitles me to 8 hours a day. Now, I do run on OnCall and I will work more when the crunch is on.

But, 12 seems excessive.
