Dewinterizing 2012 Fun Finder X189FBS

First off do you have an owners manual? If so there may be some information about winterizing and dewinterizing. If not try and find a manual.

This is going to be all but a guess. First off try and find your "low point drains" there should be at least two one for the hot line and one for cold. Open them up along with a faucet to drain that is in the line.

Does your water pump have a may be two foot capped plastic hose comeing off of it? If so that is used to suck up the rv antifreeze. There is a valve that will shut that action off causing the pump to pump water from holding tank. You did not say if you were or could get water from direct source.

You also will have to find the water heater "bypass valves" you may have one, two or three it just depends.

If possible you could also take it to a dealer or have a mobile tech come and show you how to dewinterize.

Most likely is that the water heater bypass valves need un-done.

I do not understand why you had difficulty finding online information. I did a quick google search and found numerous YouTube videos and other resources on the winterization procedures for various Cruiser RV models. Even without any online information, troubleshooting should be easy. If you have filled the tanks and the pump keeps running without stopping, you should be able to find where the water is going. Obvious possibilities would be out one of the low point drains or out of the HW tank. Those fixes should be obvious. In addition you need to be sure that the HW bypass valve is in the correct position.

With last use being winterizing, it is likely the valve near pump is still turned to suck from antifreeze jug rather than fresh tank. If so, pump will just suck air through open line.

This is probably issue #1. You should have a valve right before the pump. Turned one way it pulls from your tank, turned the other it pulls from a short section of hose meant to feed into your antifreeze jug.

Issue #2 is probably a water heater bypass valve, because when you pump in antifreeze, you usually don't do it in the water heater.

Ok, here are some ideas for you to think about. If your trailer has been winterized then I am assuming that you have the pink stuff in all of your lines. I also will assume that your hot water tank has been by passed. You don't want to put antifreeze in the hot water tank.
To dewinterize I suggest that you hookup your city water to the proper connection. Use this to "clear" out all of your lines of the pink stuff. When you have done this, open the bypass valves and fill the hot water tank. Leave a hot water faucet open so the water can fill up the tank and the lines. When all of this is done, disconnect the city water, fill the Fresh water tank and turn on the pump. Others have suggested that the valve that allowed the pink stuff to be pumped into your system needs to be closed. Once everything is flowing you are ready. Wait, you should go back and sanitize the entire system. You can google this to find out how.....Good Luck.
