When needed we use one of the mobile RV washers available in a lot of RV Parks.
Last time was a couple months ago in Casa Grande and the service washed from roof on down and then hand waxed (with Meguiars) our rig...all for $110...well worth it for us.
Use to do the roof and the rest myself but now scared of heights and older. ;)
