shakedown cruise, now what?!!

We've been on the road a week in our new-to-us 1999 Rexhall. First, the valve extensions (I'm still trying to figure out where they came from, I didn't install them) weren't installed properly and had a meltdown. Luckily, we discovered it very early on, and it was rectified without damage to our brand new tires. 700 miles later, the house batteries died. WTF?? We were in CA anyway and were heading for the home of Rexhall, so when we got there we had them check it out. Some moron had installed regular automotive batteries for the house batteries. So. Two new batteries installed, and on our way again. Up through Utah and Colorado. At some point today, the propane quit. There's lots in the tank according to the gauge and the tank monitor, but nothing's getting to the appliances. Not good. This must have happened sometime after breakfast this morning, because I made a pot of coffee before we left Utah. By the time we tucked in for dinner around 7:30, it had quit. I'm sure it was still working around noon when I made lunch, but can't be sure......hoping for a simple solution. Is there a reset button I don't know about? We've loaded up the fridge with ice for now.
