Disinfecting Water Connections
I just purchased a new TT and haven't used it yet. I know I have two available water intakes. With the city water connection, do I need to disinfect it and the kitchen and bath faucets? If so, how?...

We don't use the camp ground water or tank water for drinking or cooking. This is just US doing this and there is absolutely nothing wrong with consuming the water you have available. Lots of folks do it everyday...
In our case we have to bring along the same brand bottled water to make our fresh ground bean coffee brews always give us the same taste we enjoy. Since we already bring along a couple of water jugs we just go ahead and use them for our water consumption.
The campground and tank fresh water is used to wash dishes, take showers, and flush the pots etc... Might even get to squirt a squirrel a couple of times...
