I don't think there is anything wrong with correcting your post. I do a lot of correcting (edit post) because Apple is "correcting" my words.
If you are accessing this forum using the address www.rv.net, you will eventually notice that you cannot make a post with a % character in it. Some other punctuation marks also cause an error. Many of us access the same forum using the address forums.goodsamclub.com, signing in with the same username and password.
Photos may be shown in a post very easily using the website http://photoposting.is-great.net/?i=1. Just drag your picture file to the empty box on that page (or on a phone or tablet click the "choose" button. Then copy the link it displays and paste into the post where you are writing.
Making a link in a post that is live to click on is easy but must be done in the "advanced posting mode" which has an icon with a chain link on a globe for creating a www link.
