First TT Trip... in freezing temps advice please!
Hi guys we just purchased a snow river 234 which we are really excited about. Our first trip will be in the PNW and it will be below freezing. I have done the winterizing "class" that the dealer gave us and read endless threads and articles about it but just wanted to clarify a couple things and get any other tips you are willing to offer.
Our unit is currently winterized. When we leave from home we should fill the fresh water tank, close the traps and drain valves, and then I'm assuming we should turn on the heater in the rig to at least 50* or something so that we don't freeze things when on the road, correct?
Should I put a little antifreeze in the fresh water tank before I fill it?
We primed the water pump (inside) with some antifreeze, I'm guessing that is just going to go straight into the water heater tank and that's ok.
Last question, can I use my garage air compressor to fill up a reserve air tank, put it in the back of my truck, and use that to blow out the lines when we put it away?
I'm going off this checklist. The only thing the dealer didn't show me so I assume I don't have it is a water heater bypass.

Thanks for any and all advice, wish us luck!
