You need to first figure out how to take the slide out. And I mean completely out, off the RV. From there it is pretty simple to strip the rubber, insulation, and plywood. Then you can inspect and replace rafters or anything else that is compromised. Rebuild from the studs up making sure dimensions are accurate. New roof membrain and slide it back into the trailer.
