RV park Wifi is not meant for working a job. It's meant for fast searches and emails.
You'll need your own hotspot for your internet.
Many full-timers work from their RV. Google some blogs on RV workers.
You're stressing staying in national parks. As stated, your internet reception may not work in remote areas although it's getting much better. Also, many national parks don't even have electric. You might have to park in a town just outside the national park and just visit on your free time.
Your plan can definitely be done but you'll have to do research on getting internet.
